Infinity Smoke Shop – Store Policies

Infinity Smoke Shop sells tobacco, vape, kratom, and other age-restricted products. In accordance with federal and Florida law, customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase these products.

Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all purchases of age-restricted items. Management reserves the right to request identification at any time.

Failure to provide valid identification will result in refusal of sale.

Accepted forms of identification include:

• State-issued driver’s license

• State-issued identification card

• U.S. military identification

• Passport

Expired, altered, or damaged identification will not be accepted.

All tobacco and vape products are sold in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Products are intended only for legal use by adults 21 years or older. Infinity Smoke Shop does not condone misuse or unlawful modification of products.

Kratom products are sold only to customers 21 years of age or older.

Kratom products are not approved by the FDA for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

Customers assume full responsibility for understanding the risks and legality of kratom use.

Infinity Smoke Shop makes no medical claims regarding kratom products.

5. Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales of the following are final:

• Glass products

• Opened consumables

• E-liquids

• Kratom products

• Rolling products and wraps

Electronic devices may qualify for exchange within 7 days of purchase if determined to be defective. Devices must be returned with original packaging and receipt.

Management reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility for exchange.

Refunds are not issued on opened, used, or consumable products.

Approved defective items may be exchanged or issued store credit at management’s discretion.

Customers are encouraged to inspect products prior to purchase. Once a transaction is completed, glass and consumables are final sale.

Products may not be opened before purchase.

Infinity Smoke Shop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in accordance with applicable law.

Service may be refused for:

• Suspected underage purchase attempts

• Attempted proxy purchases

• Disorderly conduct

• Fraudulent payment attempts

We accept approved forms of payment as displayed in-store.

Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will be investigated and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All products are sold as-is unless otherwise required by law.

Infinity Smoke Shop is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, modification, or unlawful use of products after purchase.
